USAF Joint Warfare Analysis Center IT Operation Support Services Market Research

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking IT Operations Support for the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC). JWAC provides analysis and targeting options for national security and military strategies. The GSA is looking to contract seven IT personnel to support JWAC in all aspects of server and client systems, enterprise software, cybersecurity, account management, and cloud environments. The work will be performed at the JWAC facility in Dahlgren, Virginia. The contract will have a base period of 12 months with four 12-month options, for a total maximum contract length of 60 months.

The scope of work includes maintaining and administering all network operations, software, and communications systems at JWAC. This includes supporting the JWAC Compartmented Computing Environment (JCCE) architecture operating at multiple classification levels. The contractor will provide system administration support for Windows and Linux systems, as well as cybersecurity administration and operations support. They will also provide help desk administration and operations support, including troubleshooting client systems and peripherals.

The contractor will be required to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearances, including TOP SECRET/SCI clearance and eligibility for Special Access Program (SAP) access. They will also need to comply with all applicable security regulations and protect system data in accordance with established policies and procedures.
