USACE, Tulsa District, FY 24 Gate Attendants at Various Locations   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV24Q0047 for Gate Attendant Services at various locations within the Tulsa District. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set aside. The resulting contracts will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis for a base period and two (2) option periods to be exercised at s discretion, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous by considering price. The anticipated award dates are between 4/1/2024 and 6/14/2024.

Work Details
The solicitation is for Gate Attendant Services at various locations within the Tulsa District, including specific locations such as Oklahoma and Texas Lakes, Canton, Eufaula, Fort Supply, Hugo, Kaw, Keystone, Oolagah, Pat Mayse, and Texoma.
Contractors must be registered and current with System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. Additionally, contractors are required to enter a National Institute Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) to be eligible for award.

Period of Performance
The anticipated award dates are between 4/1/2024 and 6/14/2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within the Tulsa District including Oklahoma and Texas Lakes, Canton, Eufaula, Fort Supply, Hugo, Kaw, Keystone, Oolagah, Pat Mayse, and Texoma.
