Urinalysis Analyzer CPRR

Background
The contract is issued by the General Leonard Wood Community Hospital (GLWCH) to provide a lease, maintenance, reagents, and consumables for a Primary Chemistry Analyzer and a Microscopic Analyzer.

The goal of the contract is to establish a reliable urinalysis analyzer system that supports the hospital's mission of providing quality healthcare services. The equipment will be located in the Pathology Department of the new hospital building.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide one (1) Primary Chemistry Analyzer and one (1) Microscopic Analyzer on a cost-per-reportable report (CPRR) basis. Key specifications include:
- Equipment dimensions: 29.88” wide x 29.75” deep x 33.75” high; must be a tabletop or cart unit, weighing no more than 200lbs.
- Must be a dry unit with ancillary drainage.
- Training on equipment operation is required.
- The UA analyzer should hold at least 10 samples per rack, with the capacity to analyze up to 50 patients in one hour (5 racks).
- Unlimited telephonic assistance and on-site maintenance repairs are included.
- Preventative maintenance services must adhere to manufacturer standards and include safety checks, calibration, operational testing, lubrication, adjustments, and cleaning.
- The contractor must respond to repair requests within specified timeframes: unscheduled repairs within one working day and emergency repairs within eight hours.

Period of Performance
The equipment setup and training must be completed by October 1, 2025.
