The purpose of this notice is to post solicitation Amendment 0003 and Answers to Bidders Questions

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing solicitation N00024-19-R-6316 for the procurement of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity - Multiple Award Contracts (IDIQ-MAC) for the Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) Family of Systems (FoS). The Government intends to utilize the IDIQ-MAC to support current and future USV systems and subsystems, including products and/or services to: design, develop, fabricate, prototype, integrate, test, maintain, and support multiple variants of USVs.

This effort was synopsized on 26 February 2019.
The Government intends to make awards based on initial offers without discussions.
