Background Information:

MSTS has developed software to detect and track small UAS in complex environments utilizing commercial off the shelf cameras. This software is currently at a Technology Readiness Level of 5 (prototype developed) and is suitable for commercialization via technology license or could be further developed under a collaborative agreement. The software is sensor agnostic and based upon MSTS intellectual property portfolio around turbulence enhancement and subsequent algorithms.

Opportunity Description:

MSTS possesses the intellectual property and know-how to develop an UAS tracking software and is seeking partners in the development via Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) or technology license agreement. MSTS is available to collaborate with non-federal entities (NFEs) including Business, Industry and Non-Profits, Universities, and Government Agencies to leverage a broad spectrum of talent and capabilities.
