Background
The OIT CloudFirst Enterprise Systems Support Services (CFESSS) solution is a suite of multiple award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts consisting of four pools: Pool A – Operations, Pool B – Application Development, Pool C – Cyber Security, and Pool D – PMO Support Services. These pools provide resources in support of the operations of the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Office of Information Technology (OIT), in its mission to support the whole of the agency. The shared ceiling dollar amount for all orders under CFESSS is $300,000,000.

Work Details
The Contractor shall support DFC OIT in all aspects of day to day IT operational functions. Major areas of support include help/service desk support, general operations and maintenance (O&M) work, data center operations, hardware and software purchasing and asset management, and audio/visual support. Services will primarily be on-site, at DFC Headquarters, with some options for remote work.

Period of Performance
The term of CFESSS is a five-year continuous ordering period, with the ability for orders to be placed with periods of performance of up to five years throughout the ordering period of the IDIQ. This means that work resulting from this IDIQ may span up to a ten-year performance period.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed is primarily on-site at DFC Headquarters with some options for remote work.
