The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, VA is hereby posting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) Fort Novosel, Alabama for Advanced Helicopter Flight Training Services (AHFTS). Please see attachments for the formal RFP and associated documentation.

Additionally, vendor submitted questions for the DRAFT-RFP-W9124G24R0001 with the Government's response has been attached to this notice along with the update version of USAACE Regulation 600-1

Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, VA is posting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) Fort Novosel, Alabama for Advanced Helicopter Flight Training Services (AHFTS). The USAACE is seeking support services for AHFTS at Fort Novosel.

Work Details
The contract includes Phase-In and Services, with a 1-month Phase-In and 11-months Services. It also includes options for UH-60M IP Surge, UH-60M ME Surge, AH-64E IP Surge, CH-47F FE NRCM Surge, Service Contract Reporting (SCR), and additional Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform Advanced Helicopter Flight Training Support Services at Fort Novosel as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Novosel, Alabama.
