U.S. Personal Services Contractor (USPSC) - JRS Design and Outreach Mechanism Advisor

Background
The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking offers from qualified U.S. citizens to provide services as a JRS Design and Outreach Mechanism Advisor in Washington DC under personal services contract.

Work Details
The JRS Design and Outreach Mechanism Advisor will be responsible for supporting US policy, planning, and reporting processes on JRS issues for both internal and external audiences. The advisor will also perform services at physical locations other than Washington headquarters, including at Missions, up to 20% of the time. The position requires independent judgment pertaining to the development and assistance to further support the APS mechanism and other JRS programs and projects. The advisor must possess a master’s or law degree with knowledge of JRS thematic areas, including justice, rule of law, human rights, trafficking in persons, security reform, and international development. Additionally, the advisor will report to the DDI/DRG JRS team lead or their designee and work with guidelines from the Bureau and Agency.
