Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has a need for Janitorial Services at its Kanopolis Lake Project Office in Marquette, Kansas. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that Janitorial services are completed in a manner that will maintain all buildings and facilities in a clean, sanitary condition, and grounds free of litter and debris. The services include maintaining various facilities such as carpet, floor tile, concrete floors, furniture, window accessories, glass cleaning, doors, light fixtures, sinks, countertops, waste removal, water fountains, restrooms fixtures, showers, ceilings, exterior roof overhangs, sidewalks and more.

The contract period of performance shall be from 1 April 2024 through 31 March 2025 with options for renewal through 31 March 2027. Services shall be conducted one weekday per week beginning in the afternoon/evening hours and will be completed no later than 10:00 p.m. Service will not be performed on specific holidays.
