Two Phase Design-Build and Construction IDIQ MATOC in Support of DHA, Northern Region   3

Background
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is issuing this solicitation to establish a Two Phase Design-Build and Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) in support of its Northern Region.

The consolidation of contract requirements is deemed necessary to meet mission objectives, improve operational continuity, and enhance post security by reducing the number of contractors accessing military installations. This approach aims to provide a flexible contracting vehicle that can accommodate anticipated but unknown repair and construction needs while maximizing participation by small businesses.

Work Details
The work required under this solicitation encompasses various construction tasks related to architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, security, and safety aspects of military healthcare and research laboratory facilities.

Projects will be executed at active military healthcare facilities throughout the Northern Region. The contractor must have experience with current codes and standards established by relevant authorities such as The Joint Commission and the National Fire Protection Association. The IDIQ MATOC will facilitate major repair and construction projects that are critical to the success of the DHA program.
