Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide commercial Refrigerated Cold Storage as defined on the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards as depicted on the PWS. The location where this service is to be peformed is located in the country of Trinidad & Tobago.

Background
The United States Army South (USARSOUTH) is issuing this contract to provide refrigerated cold storage services in support of Exercise Tradewinds 2025 (ExTW-25) in Trinidad and Tobago. The goal of the contract is to ensure that the U.S. Government has access to reliable refrigerated storage solutions throughout the duration of the exercise, which is critical for maintaining the integrity of perishable goods.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver refrigerated cold storage services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specifically, the contractor will deliver:
- Two (2) 10-foot refrigerated containers
- Two (2) 20-foot refrigerated containers

These units must be capable of maintaining temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F and must comply with local safety regulations. The containers should include standard safety equipment and generators for electrical power. Additionally:
- All units must be delivered with a full tank of fuel and include refueling services throughout the contract period.
- A maintenance service package for scheduled services and emergencies must be included.
- Service technicians must be available 24/7 to respond to any issues within two hours of a trouble call made by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
- Replacement units must be provided if repairs exceed four hours.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from April 14, 2025, to May 11, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Teteron Barracks, TTDF Reserve Center at Maqueripe Bay, Trinidad and Tobago.
