Background
The solicitation amendment includes an amendment of the solicitation, government responses to additional industry questions, and a revised Section J, Attachment H. The proposal due date remains 2PM (CST) 12 July 2016. The contract is for TUAS Shadow RQ-7B Technical Services and Field Support.

Work Details
The contract requires the contractor to furnish FFP Engineering Services in support of Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System (TUAS), the Universal Ground Control Station (UGCS), and the Universal Ground Data Terminal (UGDT), in CONUS and OCONUS, and their domestic and foreign customers, as allocated by individual Task Orders (TOs). The contractor shall also provide CPFF and CPIF Engineering Services, new equipment training, other training for operators and maintainers, Government Owned-Contractor Operated (GOCO) personnel services, synthetic aperture radar team services, enhanced platoon augmentation team services, technical data delivery, travel cost reimbursement, other direct costs reimbursement, contractor manpower reporting, shipping cost coverage, value engineering change proposals preparation, material provision for technical services and field support as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
