Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division has awarded a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee Delivery Order, N0042124F0512, under Basic Ordering Agreement N0042123G0005 to Dayton T. Brown, Inc., 1175 Church Street, Bohemia, NY 11716. This Delivery Order was awarded for the requirement of research and development, associated logistics, operational deployment and maintenance support requirements for the Special Missions Mobile Missions Systems (MMS) capability.

This procurement was conducted on a sole-source basis under the authority of Title 10 U.S.C Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy agrency requirements." This effort is covered under Class Justification and Approval number 23-0038.
