Transient Training Facility Support Services at Fort McCoy, WI   3

Background
Fort McCoy is situated on approximately 60,000 acres in the Coulee Region of West Central Wisconsin. It is located on Hwy 21 between the cities of Sparta and Tomah. Fort McCoy’s primary mission is to underpin readiness of the Force by serving as a training center and support site for power projection missions. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed within the Fort McCoy cantonment area (the fenced area) with some facilities outside of the cantonment area such as the South Post Housing Office and support buildings, the Fort McCoy Airport, Wastewater Treatment facility and various training facilities.

Work Details
The Contractor shall ensure all work accomplished in the performance of this PWS meets all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and directives to include, but not limited to, the publications listed in Paragraph 7.2 Applicable Directives, Publications.
The Contractor shall prepare required reports, and submit all information as specified by the Deliverables presented in the contract. The Contractor shall ensure all work in support of mission requirements tendered to for acceptance conform to the measurable performance standards of quality, timeliness, and quantity specified in the PWS of this contract. The Contractor shall determine the best and most cost effective ways to fulfill Transient Training Support Services and their component needs, emphasizing innovation and commercial best practices.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period and four (4) 12 month option periods. The PoP dates are as follows: Base Period (phase in) - 18 July 2023 to 31 July 2023; Base Period - 01 August 2023 to 29 February 2024; Option Period I - 01 March 2024 to 28 February 2025; Option Period II - 01 March 2025 to 28 February 2026; Option Period III - 01 March 2026 to 28 February 2027; Option Period IV - 01 March 2027 to 29 February 2028.

Place of Performance
The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the locations listed in Technical Exhibit 6 (Dining Facilities (DFAC), Training Facilities, Forward Operating Base (FOB) Serving and Dining Buildings, Warrior Restaurant, etc.), which is subject to change due to mission requirements.
