Transcription Services

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) SP4704-25-Q-0021 on behalf of the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) to solicit prospective quoters for transcription support services for the DCAA Office of Inspector General (OIG).

The DCAA provides audit and financial advisory services to the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal entities, ensuring that the DoD receives the best value for every dollar spent on defense contracting. The primary function of DCAA is to conduct contract audits and related financial advisory services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide transcription support services that include but are not limited to:
1. Transcription services for DCAA Inspector General Investigations and Inspections.
2. Support in areas such as technical and engineering, planning and policy, resources and budgeting, process engineering, and change management.
3. Provision of tools, equipment, personnel, and supervision necessary to support the DCAA OIG mission as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
4. Compliance with all applicable laws, directives, and internal policies during service delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year period of performance from June 22, 2025, to June 21, 2026, with four option years extending through June 21, 2030.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations as required by the DCAA OIG.
