Transcription Services IDIQ for DoDIG   2

Background
The Department of Defense Office of Inspector General has a requirement for Transcription Services. The Government intends to award a FFP IDIQ with a 12-month base year and four (4) 12-month option years.

Work Details
This is a non-personal services contract to provide transcription services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform transcription services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.

The objective of this requirement is to produce verbatim transcripts of DoD OIG investigations. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and timely unclassified transcription services in support of the DoD OIG. Some of the content of these recordings is LAW ENFORCEMENT SENSITIVE and must be transferred, stored, and destroyed IAW the requirements of this PWS.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years. The Period of Performance reads as follows: Base Year: April 21, 2024 – April 20, 2025; Option Year I: April 21, 2025 – April 20, 2026; Option Year II: April 21, 2026 – April 20, 2027; Option Year III: April 21, 2027 – April 20, 2028; Option Year IV: April 21, 2028 – April 20, 2029

Place of Performance
The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the contractor facility.
