Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Portfolio Manager Combat Support Systems (PfM-CSS), Program Manager Engineer Systems (PM ES) intends to acquire, via full and open competition, the replacement to the currently fielded Tractor, Rubber Tired, Articulated Steering, Multi-Purpose (TRAM). TRAM will provide the Marine Corps with a more versatile, easily deployable, and scalable engineer capability. The TRAM is a militarized commercial type loader, pneumatic tire, four-wheel drive, articulated frame steer, diesel engine driven. The TRAM shall be sized to operate as a multipurpose bucket loader with a minimum capacity of 2.5 cubic yards and as a forklift with 72-inch forks with a minimum lift of 12,000 with an objective of 15,000 pounds at 48-inch load center. It shall have a minimal acceptable speed of 20 mph and at least a 60-inch fording depth. Combat, combat support, and combat service support units will utilize the TRAM. Background
Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Portfolio Manager Combat Support Systems (PfM-CSS), Program Manager Engineer Systems (PM ES) intends to acquire a replacement for the currently fielded Tractor, Rubber Tired, Articulated Steering, Multi-Purpose (TRAM).

Work Details
The TRAM is a militarized commercial type loader featuring pneumatic tires, four-wheel drive, articulated frame steering, and a diesel engine.
It must operate as a multipurpose bucket loader with a minimum capacity of 2.5 cubic yards and as a forklift equipped with 72-inch forks capable of lifting a minimum of 12,000 pounds, with an objective of 15,000 pounds at a 48-inch load center.
The vehicle should achieve a minimal speed of 20 mph and have at least a 60-inch fording depth.

The anticipated Request for Proposal is expected to be released in the third quarter of Fiscal Year 25 with an ordering period of five years.
