TR-364A Projectors   3

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for a production contract to procure TR-364A projectors and spare parts. The work to be performed under the contract is for a manufacturer to manufacture, test, inspect, package, and deliver first article (if first article is not waived) and production TR-364A projectors and spare parts to design, document, manufacture, test and deliver TR-364A Projector First Article Production Assemblies that meet the performance requirements of the TR-364A Projector Critical Item Performance Specifications (CIPS) and spare parts.

The procurement is solicited as unrestricted as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP).

Work Details
The contractor shall document, manufacture, inspect, test, package and deliver First Article TR-364A Projectors. The contractor shall sequentially serialize the First Article projectors starting with FA001. The contractor shall fabricate the First Article TR-364A Projectors to meet the performance requirements of applicable document 3.1.
The contractor shall conduct an FA-PCA to validate that the components that comprise the First Article projectors match the technical documentation and that all key processes are properly documented. The contractor shall have copies of the reference drawing package and all ECNs from the PCR, and the FCR available for audit team members at the FA-PCA.

Period of Performance
The contract is a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) production contract.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the contractor’s facility.
