Toll Management Transponders Services

Background
The Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) is responsible for providing force protection, security, and law enforcement for the Pentagon Reservation and Department of Defense (DoD) activities within the National Capital Region (NCR).

The agency maintains a fleet of 150 vehicles for authorized personnel, with approximately 100 vehicles requiring E-Z Pass transponders to facilitate access to toll roads without interruption.

This contract aims to support PFPA's mission by ensuring efficient toll management services for its fleet.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide a full range of toll management services, including:
- Provision of 100 E-Z Pass transponders for 115 Law Enforcement/Emergency Fleet Vehicles.
- Supply of transponder equipment and replacements as needed.
- Implementation of an internet-based reporting and centralized billing system that promotes account management and identifies cost-saving opportunities within the DoD Toll Management program.
- Delivery of necessary personnel, management, materials, equipment, and facilities to meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Support for approved local and temporary duty travel using the provided transponders.
- Capability to accommodate additional transponders and related services during the contract period as required.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at contractor sites as specified in the contract.
