The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) is soliciting for providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services (in-house RRC beds) and Home Confinement services (home confinement placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located within 25 miles of the city-center of Austin, TX and within Travis County and Home Confinement radius is within 100 miles of the RRC Facility. Please see the attached solicitation documents.

Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to Laurence Faytaren by August 2, 2023. Questions and answers will be posted in SAM.gov on or about August 11, 2023. Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) is soliciting for providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services (in-house RRC beds) and Home Confinement services (home confinement placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located within 25 miles of the city-center of Austin, TX and within Travis County. The period of performance for any contract which may award under the RFP will be for a one-year base year and four, one-year option years.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services (for In-House RRC beds) and Home Confinement Services (for Home Confinement placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of various United States Statutes located within 25 miles of the city-center of Austin, TX and within Travis County. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices according to the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined above. The contractor shall ensure total 80 (beds) which 65 (max) beds are available for males and 15 (max) beds are available for females.
Home Confinement services estimated maximum is 55 placements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for any contract which may award under the RFP will be for a one-year base year and four, one-year option years.

The Place of Performance for RRC In-House services is located within 25 miles of the city-center of Austin, TX and within Travis County. Home Confinement placements radius within 100 miles of the RRC facility.
