Background

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide title evidence, acquisition closing services, and escrow services in accordance with the Department of Justice Title Standards 2016. The work includes filling out the 'Contract for Title Evidence, Acquisition Closing Services, and Escrow Services' form and providing the applicable Schedule of Owner’s Title Insurance Policy Rates for ALTA U.S. Policy 9/28/91 (Rev 12/3/12). The offeror's proposal will be evaluated based on technical ability and price/cost factors.
