Tinian Leased Vehicles

Background
The 356th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Group (356 ECEG) is seeking sources for an upcoming rental vehicle requirement on Tinian, Northern Mariana Islands. This contract aims to fulfill the transportation needs of the 356 ECEG's members by providing rental vehicles that meet commercial standards and local regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and services to support vehicle rentals in Tinian. The vehicles must conform to specifications outlined in the document and be of equal or higher quality than those available in the commercial marketplace.

Key tasks include:
- Delivery and pickup of vehicles coordinated through the 356 ECEG Fleet Manager.
- Provision of maintenance and management for leased vehicles with unlimited mileage.
- Vehicles must be no more than 5 years old with less than 75,000 miles and meet various operational standards (e.g., functional locks, clean interiors, operational lights).
- The contractor must have a 24-hour capability for towing disabled vehicles and replacing keys.
- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance must be provided by the contractor.
- A robust quality assurance program is required to ensure all rental vehicles meet high standards of quality and performance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be for 17 months from the date of award.
