Background
The contract is for the rental of portable latrine units for the 2024 “Thunder over Columbus” Air Show event at Columbus AFB in Mississippi. The contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, and transportation necessary to accomplish this work.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide 130 standard latrine units, 12 handicap accessible latrine units, 16 hand-washing stations, 1 VIP trailer, and 16 hand-sanitizing stations. The units should meet specific descriptions outlined in the SOW. The estimated daily attendance for Saturday and Sunday, 21-22 September 2024 is 50,000 persons.
Locations and placement of the units shall be at the discretion of the COR. The contractor shall have all units in place by 1800 (6:00 PM) on Friday, 20 September 2024 and removed from the flight line area prior to 2359 hours (11:59 PM) on Sunday, 22 September 2024.

Period of Performance
The workdays for this contract will be Wednesday, 18 September 2024 thru Monday, 23 September 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Columbus AFB in Mississippi.
