This is a Sources Sought for a document shredding requirement across the state of Missouri within the following locations further outlined in the attached Statement of Work. Vendors must be able to provide shredding services either on-site or at their location.

Background
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) has a requirement for paper shredding services at various offices across the State of Missouri. The purpose of this contract is to provide document shredding services at specific locations within the state of Missouri, as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. Vendors must be able to provide shredding services either on-site or at their location.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide paper shredding services for offices in the Northwest region or Kansas City, MO, North-Central region (Macon/Kirksville), Central region (Columbia/Jefferson City/Mexico/Boonville), Southeast region (Dexter/Farmington/Rolla/Houston), and Southwest region (Springfield, MO). The vendor must be NAID Certified and provide a certificate/proof of status. They should also provide a locking 65-gallon wheeled container for each site to deposit materials for shred between each shred visit, allow for additional materials/destruction during times of 'Purging' in an office, and allow for adjustments to service for lack of materials or office conflicts with schedule. The contractor is required to provide a schedule of service to pick up and shred materials for each FSA Office and when called upon by each office. All work shall be performed during normal working hours, Monday through Friday (except Federal Holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central time. The vendor shall follow all COVID-19 CDC Guidelines in place at the time of the shredding event.

Period of Performance
The contract period includes a base year from July 1, 2022, to May 31, 2023, with four option years: July 1, 2023 – May 31, 2024; July 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025; July 1, 2025 – May31, 2026; and July 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations across the state of Missouri including Northwest region or Kansas City, MO; North-Central region (Macon/Kirksville); Central region (Columbia/Jefferson City/Mexico/Boonville); Southeast region (Dexter/Farmington/Rolla/Houston); and Southwest region (Springfield, MO).
