Submission of Questions Questions regarding this solicitation will only be accepted in writing. The deadline for submission/receipt of questions is Thursday, August 28, 2023, 4:30 P.M. CST. Prospective contractors must submit questions by email. Answers to timely received questions will be discussed at the pre-proposal conference and provided in an amendment to the solicitation.

The subject line of the email should include the solicitation number (12-3J14-23-R-0148). The date and time of receipt will be that recorded by the Government's equipment.

Receipt of late questions will not result in an extension of the proposal due date, nor can USDA/AMS guarantee the issue will be answered before the proposal due date.

As soon as a prospective contractor is aware of any problems or ambiguities in interpreting the specifications, terms or conditions, instructions, or evaluation criteria of this solicitation, notify the contracting officer in writing (via email) using the same procedures identified for transmission of questions above. Any objection to the RFP requirements must be communicated prior to delivery of a proposal. Offerors are specifically instructed to contact only the Contracting Officer identified for this solicitation about any aspect of this requirement, prior to contract award.

Pre-Proposal Teleconference: There will be a pre-proposal teleconference to discuss the requirements of this solicitation on Monday, August 21, 2023, 1:30 P.M. CST.
