Thermo Fisher Scientific Yellow Laser Upgrade Kit for the Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer and Attune NxT Fluorescent Protein Filter Kit

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This competition is open to all businesses (full and open competition). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000.

This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 dated June 10, 2021 and Defense Publication Notice 20210603 dated June 3, 2021.

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement for Thermo Fisher Scientific (1) Yellow Laser Upgrade Kit for the Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer (including 561 NM Yellow Laser with Fiber Optic Cabling, Optical Block with 4 Photomultiplier Tubes (PMT S), Dichroic and Emission Filters, Limited Warranty (90 days after installation), Licence/Certification (for Research Use Only), Limited User Label Licence (Research Use Only)) and (1) Attune NxT Fluorescent Protein Filter Kit.
