THE LODGING AND CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL ISTANBUL April 4-13, 2025

Background
The American Consulate General in Istanbul, Türkiye is seeking lodging and conference room rental services for an event scheduled from April 4 to April 13, 2025. The goal of this contract is to provide accommodations and meeting facilities that meet specific requirements for a group attending the event.

Work Details
The contractor will provide up to 55 rooms guaranteed, with a range from 50 to 60 rooms as needed on specific dates. The requirements for room bookings are as follows:
- April 4, 2025: Up to 5 rooms
- April 5, 2025: Up to 5 rooms
- April 6, 2025: Up to 55 rooms
- April 7, 2025: Up to 55 rooms
- April 8, 2025: Up to 55 rooms
- April 9, 2025: Up to 55 rooms
- April 10, 2025: Up to 55 rooms
- April 11, 2025: Up to 55 rooms
- April 12, 2025: Up to 5 rooms.

The room price must include breakfast. The conference space must accommodate at least 50 persons (with a range of capacity from 45 to 60 persons) and be large enough for six round tables with chairs for eight persons each. Additionally, a small meeting room is required for up to 12 people in a single table boardroom style. The conference package should include room rent, lunch, two coffee breaks, and AV equipment.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from April 4, 2025 to April 13, 2025.
