The Federal Government is Seeking Information Regarding Warehouse Space in Guaynabo, PR

Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease warehouse space in Guaynabo, PR, to accommodate the U.S. Government's operational needs as their current lease is expiring.

The GSA aims to find economically advantageous alternative space that meets specific requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards.

Work Details
The GSA requires a warehouse space with the following specifications:
- Minimum square footage of 3,520 and maximum square footage of 3,696 (ABOA).
- The building must be located within a delineated area defined by State Road 22 (north), State Road 5 (west), State Road 18 (east), and State Road 17 to State Road 20, continuing to State Road 117 and State Road 174 (south).

Additional requirements include:
- The building must be at least 50 feet away from residential areas and areas of high criminality.
- A minimum ceiling height of 20 feet from the floor to the lowest obstruction is required, with the balance of the space maintaining a clear ceiling height of at least 20 feet.
- The building must have drive-in capability and allow for parking and maneuvering of a 40-foot long vehicle.
- The offered space must not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as the 500-Year floodplain).
