Background
The Biological and Emerging Infections Research Resources Program (BEI-RRP) is being solicited by the Office of Acquisitions at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Institutes of Health. The program aims to provide necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to perform the Statement of Work.

Work Details
The work includes furnishing all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities as needed to perform the Statement of Work. The Contractor will be required to submit technical progress reports, including descriptive information about activities undertaken during the reporting period and planned activities for future reporting periods. The Contractor will also need to prepare a summary of salient results achieved during the performance of the contract.
Additionally, reporting on dual-use research of concern and select agents or toxins will be required. The Contractor must adhere to NIH policy for enhancing reproducibility through rigor and transparency in research and publications. Furthermore, the Contractor shall comply with the United States Government Policy for Institutional Oversight of Life Sciences Dual Use Research of Concern (DURC policy).

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from March 1, 2022, to February 28, 2030.
