TFRS Dynamics GP Software Replacement

Background
The Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) is seeking to replace its current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Dynamics GP, which is set to reach its official End of Life in 2031.

This initiative is part of DFAS's acquisition planning efforts aimed at identifying modern, scalable, and cost-effective software solutions that align with their current and future business needs. The goal is to streamline financial operations and reporting processes while enhancing user experience and ensuring robust integration capabilities.

Work Details
The selected ERP solution must meet the following functional requirements:
- DoD government security certified IL 5
- Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS) compliant
- Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliant
- Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) compliant
- Government Cloud Ready
- SharePoint Integration
- Automated Interface Capability
- General Ledger functionality
- Cash Card function for managing account cash balances
- Ability to create/generate queries and export results to Excel or PDF
- Capability to integrate multiple journal entries simultaneously
- Ability to generate amortization schedules or payment calculations based on input parameters
- Automated timed application inactivity user logout feature.

Additionally, the system must support either on-premise or cloud deployment options, with cloud solutions being restricted to Federal Government approved software. The system should also provide reporting and analytics tools for generating ad-hoc reports, balance sheets, income statements, and trial balance reports.

The work will be performed within the continental United States.
