This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L1-24-Q-1061. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 dated May 1, 2024, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20240425.

United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)- Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Catered Meals (BREAKFAST - LUNCH - DINNER) at the Martindale Armory, San Antonio, Texas in accordance with Attachment 1 and 2. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 722320 Caterer. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside.

Background
The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)- Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Catered Meals (BREAKFAST - LUNCH - DINNER) at the Martindale Armory, San Antonio, Texas. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Catered Meal Services. The catered meal services are authorized to the National Guard and Reserve Components in accordance with AR 30-22, Operating Procedures for the Army Food Program. The contractor shall develop and maintain an effective QC Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed as required. The contractor shall also develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services. The contractor’s QCP is the means by which it assures itself that its work complies with the requirements of the contract.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall be from 31 May – 15 June 2024

Place of Performance
Performance shall be at the Martindale Armory, San Antonio, Texas 78619.
