Test and Evaluation Technical Support Services

Background
This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government intends to extend the current Test and Evaluation Technical Support Services Contract, W9115116D0007, on a SOLE SOURCE basis to SAWTST, LLC. The Government is seeking Offerors that may be able to perform this requirement per details of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a period of performance of three months and three (3) one month option periods.

Work Details
This contract is for non-personal services to provide administrative support, data management, data collection, instrumentation, information technology (IT) services, and logistics support to the Integrated Test and Evaluation and Fires Test Directorates in support of mission requirements. It includes planning, coordinating, and conducting integrated operational tests, experiments, rapid acquisition initiative assessments in support of Network Integration Evaluations (NIE) and other priority Army systems. The work also involves planning and conducting joint and multi-service tests, reporting on system capabilities and limitations, operational effectiveness, suitability, survivability, force development tests in support of the combat development process, field experiments, evaluating technology demonstrations in support of the technology base, and supporting the Army's digitization efforts. The primary work will be performed at Fort Bliss, TX, and Fort Sill, OK.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is three months with three additional one-month option periods.
