Terminal Deficiency List Inspections for SFSC - SDSC - LASC - FYs23 through FY27

This RFQ is 100 percent total set-aside for Small Business concerns for Terminal Deficiency List Inspections for the General Services Administration (GSA). The Contractor shall conduct end-of-contract, "Terminal Deficiency List" (TDL) inspections to document any physical deficiencies at the buildings The TDL inspection is similar to a punch list inspection; the TDL inspection is not an evaluation of the O&M contractor's overall performance, rather it is merely a physical inspection to discover, and list, any building-related system deficiencies that are the responsibility of the O&M contractor to repair or maintain. The intent is to ensure, to the greatest extent possible, that all contractual obligations have been met by the outgoing O&M contractor and that the building's physical structure and plant equipment is left in a fully functioning, non-deteriorated state. Deficiencies discovered during the TDL inspection will be shared with the outgoing contractor for correction. Contract holders must be small business concern under 561210FAC Facilities Maintenance and Management, to submit a quote. Included in the RFQ are documents that contain instructions and requirements pertaining to this RFQ. Please pay close attention to section H, L and M of the RFQ as these sections pertain to special contract requirements and most of the instructions. Section M has the Evaluation Factors that each contractor must meet to be eligible for award, please review this section to have a full understanding of the Evaluation Factors.
