Telehandler Repairs

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District (USACE-MVK) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Puckett Machinery Company (CAGE Code: 1JX26) for repairs to a JLG 1255 Telehandler. The goal of the contract is to ensure the operational readiness of the Mat Sinking Unit's equipment by addressing specific repair needs.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform repairs on the JLG 1255 Telehandler, which includes:

- Repairing an oil leak by replacing the crankshaft front seal and oil pump with OEM parts:
- Front Main Seal – 5338295 – 1 each
- Oil Pump – 5330566 – 1 each
- Oil Pan Seal – 5256541 – 1 each
- Front Cover Gasket – 4980605 – 1 each
- Belt – 70026229 – 1 each (JLG part)

- Removing and replacing all four (4) tires with foam filled tires:
- Tire size – 400/75-28 – foam filled – 4 each

- Replacing the engine door including:
- Hood Assembly – 1001235963S – 1 each
- Decal – 1001169624 – 1 each
- Decal – 1001160775 – 1 each

- Replacing the windshield:
- Front Glass Windshield – 1001154419 – 1 each

- Performing a 1000 hour maintenance on the machine:
- Maintenance Kit – 1001199740 – 1 each

- Testing the machine after all maintenance/repairs are completed and washing it free of dirt/mud/debris. All parts must be replaced with OEM JLG parts, and maintenance must adhere to JLG standards and recommendations.

Period of Performance
All requirements shall be completed no later than two weeks from the time of award.

Place of Performance
The contractor facility must be located within 80 miles of 2577 Haining Rd, Vicksburg, MS, 39183.
