Task Order 9531CB24F0013 award to Communications Resources, Inc.   2

Under CFPB's GSA Task Order
9531CB20F0104, the CFPB has contracted with Communication Resources Inc. (CRI) to provide Security Consulting, Physical Access Control System (PACS) and Integration/Installation Services. The current GSA Order with CRI is due to expire on
January 31, 2024. This GSA Order has been extended to the maximum extent possible; therefore, no new work can be added to complete the required PACS installation to allow the CFPB to move into its new offices in New York (leased from GSA) located at 555 Madison Avenue. CFPB has a continued need for the services currently being provided. The CFPB intends to award a small dollar value task order (under SAT) to Communication Resources Inc. for the additional work being sought. This additional work will relocate some security equipment from CFPB's current office and install new equipment to integrate a new Physical Access Control System (PACS) in CFPB's new Regional New York Office based on a Limited Sources Justification of an existing urgent and compelling need where following the procedures would result in unacceptable delay.
