Tao Buoy Masts for the National Data Buoy Center A

Background
The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) at Stennis Space Center, MS is seeking TAO Buoy Masts for their operations. The NDBC is responsible for the collection and dissemination of oceanographic data for the United States.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of TAO Bridles to the NDBC, including first article tests. The first article must be delivered within 90 calendar days from the date of the contract to the NDBC at Stennis Space Center, MS. The shipping documentation should contain the contract number and the Lot/Item identification. Upon receipt of the first article, the Contracting Officer will notify the Contractor of conditional approval, approval, or disapproval within 21 calendar days. If disapproved, the Contractor may be required to submit an additional first article for testing at their own expense.

The Contractor is also responsible for providing operating and maintenance instructions, spare parts support, and repair of the first article during any first article test.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for delivering the TAO Bridles is within 90 calendar days from the date of the contract.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at the National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) located at Stennis Space Center, MS 39529.
