THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE REQUIREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), ONLY ONE SOURCE BEING AVAILABLE TO MEET GOVERNMENT NEEDS. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

NAICS Code 511210, Software Publishers; business size standard is $41.5M.

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) at Ft Sam Houston, TX intends to issue a sole source award to EC America Inc., for the renewal of Tanium Core Platform Subscription; Tanium Patch; Tanium Discover; Tanium Deploy, Tanium Asset; Tanium Comply checks; plus Tanium On-site Premium Support. The award will be executed as a sole source due to the need to maintain commonality and compatibility with the current system.

The objective of this sole source award is to re-procure Tanium Core Platform subscriptions and maintenance to provide support for remediation of discovery of DISA Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) and Common Vulnerability and Exposures (CVEs). Tanium Core Platform provides near realtime enterprise reporting capabilities for D2D DaaS and CSMS baseline compliance. Platform provides enterprise wide end-point software/hardware inventory reporting.

All interested sources may submit a capability statement that identifies business size, along with authorized letter from manufacturer with detail information and convincing evidence that clearly demonstrate the authority to provide Tanium Core Platform subscription renewal as outline above.
