Tactical Data Link (TDL) Interoperability Software to include eSMART (electronic Systems Management and Requirements Tool Set) licenses

Background
Air Combat Command's (ACC) TDL interoperability mission is to perform duties that improve United States Air Force (USAF), Joint, and coalition TDL interoperability. To support this mission, the USAF has employed and industry designed iSMART process. The iSMART process is an interoperability enhancement and management process specifically designed for TDL-enabled platforms and systems.

Work Details
2.1 Software
2.1.1 eSMART (electronic Systems Management and Requirements Tool Set) licenses; A relational database driven software documentation and analysis tool set that supports the iSMART process and is used to populate, edit, and analyze TDL message data.
2.1.2 eSMART software and iSMART (interoperable Systems Management and Requirements Transformation) process training.
4.0 Deliverables
Contractor shall provide the following deliverables:
1. The latest version of the eSMART software toolset delivered annually.
2. 120 individual eSMART software toolset user licenses.
3. Updates of the toolset software when released.
4. Updates to configuration and reference data on which the iSMART process is applied.
5. Access to iSMART process supporting material.
6. iSMART process foundation and software toolset training for up to 12 students twice per year delivered in the US.
7. Membership in the International iSMART User Group.
