NOTICE TO OFFERORS

The following notice is issued to Offerors who have submitted a proposal in response to the Department of Homeland Security, Solicitation Number 2017036109.
Following the receipt of proposals, the Executive Agent for this acquisition, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), has determined that it is in the best interest of the Government to amend the solicitation and allow for the resubmission of proposals in their entirety. In accordance with FAR 15.206(c), the forthcoming amendment will be issued to Offerors who have not been eliminated from the TacCom II competition. To ensure completeness and proper submission by Offerors, CBP intends to issue the amendment with a detailed solicitation checklist to aid Offerors in their resubmissions. Nonetheless, it is the obligation of each Offeror to exercise diligence to ensure full compliance with all requirements of the solicitation in a proposal resubmission, including but not limited to each and every instruction contained in Section L.
Therefore, upon the issuance of the forthcoming amendment, any Offeror who has not been advised by CBP of their elimination from the competition as of the date of the amendment must resubmit their proposal, including careful completion of the mandatory checklist to be provided.
CBP anticipates that Amendment A0009 will be released the week of February 12, 2018.
