T2DES Europa Industry Day for HALO

Background
The Space Development Agency (SDA) is planning to hold an in-person Industry Day for the Hybrid Acquisition for Proliferated LEO (HALO) T2DES Europa demonstration program. This event is scheduled for February 10-11, 2025, in Lexington, Massachusetts.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to provide prospective payload vendors with an opportunity to respond and be considered for attendance at the Industry Day. HALO Pool Prime contractors will be contacted through existing contract channels.

This announcement serves as a Special Notice and is not a request for proposals. Any proposals sent to the designated email address will be disregarded.

The notice is intended solely for information and potential new program planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts. Attendance at the Industry Day is voluntary and not required to propose on subsequent acquisitions related to this topic.

SDA will not reimburse costs incurred in responding to this notice or attending the Industry Day. SDA reserves the right to change any requirements provided in draft form as part of this notice and will choose industry participants based on criteria outlined in the CUI addendum.
