Animated Whiteboard Videos

Background
The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide responses to the vendors' questions and answers. The Q&As will be an attachment to this amendment and will be entitled as QA response_RFQ_36C10G23Q0110. The solicitation is for T006--Animated Whiteboard Videos.

Work Details
The solicitation requires the submission of a quote consisting of four volumes: Technical, Past Performance, Price, and Solicitation/Representations and Certifications. The Technical volume should address the company's capabilities in producing animated videos, understanding and applying adult learning principles, using plain language to convey information to a public audience, and demonstrating cultural sensitivity. It should also include an explanation of the approach to developing 508-compliant videos and identification of the proposed project team.

The Past Performance volume should identify three contracts/task orders with the Federal Government and/or commercial customers that demonstrate recent and relevant past performance.

The Price volume should include the basis of estimate in labor, including labor categories, labor hours, loaded labor rate for each CLIN, and total amounts for each CLIN.

The Solicitation/Representations and Certifications volume should contain contract administration data, representations and certifications of the offeror, and any proposed assumptions upon which the proposal is predicated.

Period of Performance
The quote intention, questions, and final quote submission are due no later than Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 3pm EST for questions and Friday, August 25, 2023 at 3pm EST for the final quote submission.

Place of Performance
All deliverables must be received in a manner that aligns with VA firewall restrictions.
