System Level Cost Analysis with Total Ownership Cost Modeling   2

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) hereby issues a full and open competitive solicitation, N00024-19-R-2412, originally posted as N00024-18-R-2402, for system level cost analysis with Total Ownership Cost (TOC) modeling in support of Navy major system program strategic cost reduction and process improvements initiatives.
Please refer to the contents of the solicitation and attachments for details and instructions on how to submit a proposal.
This is not intended to be a full-time service support type contract; rather, it is intended to be utilized for short-term specialized studies covering areas of the attachment J-1 Statement of Work.
As a result of the solicitation, NAVSEA intends to award Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts to all technically acceptable Offerors, with an ordering period of five years, no later than February 2019. The IDIQ awardees will then compete for individual delivery orders under the IDIQ.
