Synopsis Notice: Information Management and Analysis Group (IMAG) Support Services

This is not a request for quote/proposal but a synopsis notice. Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a) Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (CAPE), Information Management and Analysis Group (IMAG) Support Services intends to extend services by issuing an extension to the incumbent, Tyto Government Solutions, Inc. on a sole source basis, 510 Spring Street, Suite 200, Herndon, VA 20170-5148. The services are being extended to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Information Management and Analysis Group (IMAG) Support Knowledge Management and Software Development.

The contractor is currently performing services under Task Order number HQ0034-17-F-0291, with services concluding on February 19, 2023. The anticipated period of performance is for one month from February 20, 2023 to March 21, 2023.

The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405- 6(a) (1) (i) (C) Limiting Sources. The requirement is currently being re-competed through a competitive acquisition with an anticipated award date March, 2023.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will NOT be honored or acknowledged.
