Background
The AFLCMC Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) Directorate, SOF and Personnel Recovery Division, Special Warfare Contracting (SW) Branch (AFLCMC/WISK) plans to procure swift water rescue (SWR) system that provides the users with the capability to use or deflect the water’s power to assist in the rescue of the endangered person(s). This is a brand name (BN) and brand name or equal (BNoE) requirement that will be procured through the Special Warfare Multiple Agency Contract (SW-MAC). The procurement is within the SW-MAC scope and ceiling.
