The Government issues solicitation H92240-19-R-0012 for a four month contract for the procurement of Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape and Personnel Recovery Training and Training Support (Services). Any resulting contract maybe extended under the option clause at FAR 52.217-8 for an additional six months. Solicitation will be issued on a sole-source basis to Prevailance, Inc., of Virginia Beach, Virginia under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1.
