Solicitation is issued for Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape and Personnel Recovery (SERE/PR) training and training support services. Parties interested in submitting a proposal in response to the Government's solicitation are encouraged to review the solicitation document and all associated attachments. Soliciation is issued on an unrestricted/full and open compeition basis.
Attachments 01, 06 and 07A thru 07E must be requested for in writing (See Section J). Questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted using Attachment 09 - Question and Answer Sheet no later than 15 August 2019 at 1200PM Pacific Time. Questions submitted separately from this sheet may not be answered.

** If potential offerors are interested in a site visit, please submit notice of interest in site visit on the question and answer sheet prior to due date for questions.
