Support to P-8A Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) Integration and Test   2

THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends negotiate and award Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery order under sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-19-G-0011 to Lockheed Martin Corporation Missiles Fire Control (LMMFC), Orlando, FL to support USN and Boeing software requirements development, integration, and test to facilitate software qualification of the P-8A weapons system and validation of end-product performance in accordance with the P-8A LRASM System Design Specification (SDS) and Interface Control Document (ICD). The Contractor shall support the Interface Control Working Group (ICWG) to resolve and clarify ICD interpretation and implementation into the P-8A weapons system. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The proposed action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Lockheed Martin is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the LRASM, and therefore is the only contractor with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical data that can meet the Government's requirements on a timely basis and in a cost effective manner.
