Supply and Delivery of Uniforms, U.S. Embassy Beirut, Lebanon

Background
The American Consulate General Frankfurt is issuing this Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for the Supply and Delivery of Uniforms for Internal Security Forces (ISF) Personnel on behalf of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary uniforms to support the internal security operations in Lebanon.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply and delivery of uniforms specifically designed for Internal Security Forces (ISF) personnel.

Offerors are required to submit a detailed matrix indicating compliance with specifications outlined in Section III – Instruction to Offerors, Technical Compliance Matrix. Additionally, descriptive literature must be provided to establish technical acceptability, including details on design, materials, components, performance characteristics, and methods of manufacture.

The total price must encompass all costs including labor, equipment, delivery charges, materials, overhead, profit, insurance, warranty, customs clearance, and any other expenses necessary for delivery. No additional sums will be payable for cost escalations or currency fluctuations.

Place of Performance
The uniforms will be delivered to the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon.
