Background
The work required under this contract provides for Septic Pumping Services at Richard L. Schafer Dam, Success Lake. Success Lake is located in Tulare County, California approximately six miles east of Porterville. The contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to accomplish all work required in this contract.

Work Details
This is a performance-based contract for Septic Pumping Services at Richard L. Schafer Dam, Success Lake, Tulare County, CA. The overall responsibility of the Contractor is to plan, coordinate, organize, manage, and perform the activities described within this contract the performance objectives.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supplies necessary to fulfill the stated in this contract.
The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs related to performing Septic Pumping services. Services include but are not limited to Septic Pumping at Tule Recreation Area, Tule Campgrounds, Vista Point, Rocky Hill Recreation Area, Park Headquarters/Big Sycamore Interpretive Trail, Success Dam, Gill Cove and the Wildlife Management Area.

Period of Performance
The contract will consist of a Base Year plus four (4) Option Years. If a Federal Holiday falls on a workday, the contractor shall perform the work on the following day.
