AMENDMENT 0006:

The purpose of Amendment #0006 is to include the FAR Clause 52.204-27 Prohibition on ByteDance Application requirememnt w ithin Section I of the solicitation and contract and extend the closing date to 22 JUNE 2023 2pm.

AMENDMENT 0005:

Purpose of Amendment 0005 is to request all f inal revised proposal submissions NLT 07 June 2023 and make the follow ing changes below :
1. Final Proposal Revisions REQUIRED by 2:00PM EST on 07 June 2023.
2. Updated Statement of Work and Warranty Attachments in Section J. Offerors shall clearly indicate w hich SOW and Warranty attachment they are proposing against.
3. Update MIL-PRF32273C Exhibits in Section J.
4. Update CLIN 0035 Shipping Containers Max. Ordering Qty.
